How to Track Your LOGO Cargo Shipment

Use your invoice number or tracking number to check available shipment updates and know when to contact a branch or customer service for help.

Track with your invoice number or tracking number.

LOGO Cargo customers can use the shipment reference provided when the box is accepted. Keep your receipt, invoice, QR label, or shipment message because customer support normally needs that number to review the shipment record.

Step 1

Find your shipment reference

Use the invoice number or tracking number from the receipt, invoice, QR label, shipment message, or paperwork provided when LOGO Cargo accepted the box.

Step 2

Enter the number in the tracker

Open the official LOGO Cargo tracking page and enter the invoice or tracking number exactly as shown. The invoice number is usually the fastest reference for support.

Step 3

Review the latest available status

Tracking updates appear when a shipment reaches a recorded stage, such as pickup, processing, customs, deconsolidation, hub transfer, dispatch, or delivery.

Update timing

Tracking may not update immediately.

A shipment can move through long processing stages where new public scans are not available every day. Updates may pause during customs clearance, deconsolidation, warehouse sorting, vessel or truck transport, local hub transfer, route scheduling, weather delays, or peak-season volume.

Before contacting support

Check that the invoice or tracking number is entered correctly. If the number is correct and the status is still unclear, contact the branch or customer service with the sender name, receiver name, and shipment reference.

Confirm the invoice or tracking number from the receipt first. If it still does not work, contact support so the shipment record can be checked.

The status is unclear

Ask the branch or customer service when the status does not explain the current stage, delivery timing, or next step clearly.
