Pack personal goods securely, avoid prohibited items, and ask LOGO Cargo before packing gadgets, liquids, medicine, car parts, alcohol, or anything restricted.
Step 3
Schedule pickup or branch drop-off through the website, LOGO Mobile App, a branch, or customer support. Pickup availability depends on the area and schedule.
Step 4
Save the invoice or tracking number after the box is accepted. This number is needed for official tracking and support questions.
Step 5
Use the official tracking tool or LOGO Mobile App to check status. Contact support if the number is correct but the update is unclear.
Step 6
Boxes are delivered to the receiver address after customs, warehouse processing, sorting, and local delivery scheduling. Another receiver may need valid IDs and an authorization letter if the original receiver is unavailable.
