Packing safety

Prohibited Items for Balikbayan Boxes

Some items cannot be shipped because of safety rules, customs requirements, or LOGO Cargo company policy. Ask before packing anything uncertain.

Before pickup or drop-off

Pack only items that are allowed for balikbayan shipping.

LOGO Cargo customers should avoid items that create safety risks, customs issues, shipment delays, damage risk, or policy violations. If an item is expensive, regulated, breakable, liquid, electronic, medicinal, or unusual, ask LOGO Cargo before it goes in the box.

This page is customer packing guidance, not an exhaustive legal or policy list. Review the Terms and Conditions and contact LOGO Cargo before packing anything uncertain.

Ask first

Unsure about an item? Confirm before packing.

It is safer to ask LOGO Cargo before pickup than to risk delay, inspection, removal, customs problems, damage, or shipment refusal. Contact customer support or the nearest branch with a clear description of the item, quantity, value, and intended use. Customers may use general descriptions and estimated values when declaring items.
