Packing safety
Some items cannot be shipped because of safety rules, customs requirements, or LOGO Cargo company policy. Ask before packing anything uncertain.
Before pickup or drop-off
LOGO Cargo customers should avoid items that create safety risks, customs issues, shipment delays, damage risk, or policy violations. If an item is expensive, regulated, breakable, liquid, electronic, medicinal, or unusual, ask LOGO Cargo before it goes in the box.

Ask first
It is safer to ask LOGO Cargo before pickup than to risk delay, inspection, removal, customs problems, damage, or shipment refusal. Contact customer support or the nearest branch with a clear description of the item, quantity, value, and intended use. Customers may use general descriptions and estimated values when declaring items.
Gadgets and electronics should be limited, for personal use only, and may be subject to inspection, taxes, or additional review. Avoid packing commercial quantities or high-value items without current guidance from LOGO Cargo.
